Sell verification under your brand.

This Reseller Agreement applies when you (“Reseller”) purchase verification capacity from EmailListChecker at wholesale and resell it to your own customers (“End Customers”), whether standalone or embedded in your product. Unlike our Affiliate Program, which pays you to refer customers to us, as a reseller you own the End Customer relationship and the billing.

We appoint you a non-exclusive reseller of the Service within the territory and tier set out in your order form. You may market and sell verification capacity to End Customers in your own name, at prices you set, provided you comply with this agreement, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law.

• You purchase credits at the wholesale rate in your order form and set your own retail price and margin.
• Credits never expire — the same promise we make to end users applies to your wholesale balance.
• Usage is metered per verification against your pooled balance; you allocate it to End Customers however you choose.
• Volume tiers and committed-use discounts are available; contact our partnerships team.

In the processing chain, your End Customer is typically the controller, you are a processor, and we are your sub-processor. Our Data Processing Agreement flows down to this arrangement. You are responsible for putting an appropriate DPA in place with your End Customers and for their lawful basis to verify contacts.

As the customer-facing party, you provide first-line support to your End Customers; we provide second-line support to you. White-label resellers may present verification under their own brand within the limits of our brand and API guidelines, and must not misrepresent the underlying technology's capabilities or accuracy.

Each party is responsible for its own customer relationships. You indemnify us against claims arising from your marketing, your pricing, and your End Customers' use of the Service in breach of the AUP. Our liability to you is capped per our Terms of Service.

The agreement runs for the term in your order form and renews unless cancelled. On termination, your wholesale credits remain usable for a wind-down period so your End Customers aren't stranded. To become a reseller, contact [email protected].
