This Affiliate Program Agreement governs your participation in the EmailListChecker affiliate program. By enrolling, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to promote the Service in exchange for commission on the customers you refer. It incorporates our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Enrollment is subject to approval. You must provide accurate details, have a legitimate channel (site, newsletter, community, or audience), and comply with this agreement. We may decline or remove affiliates at our discretion, particularly where promotion methods risk our reputation.

• Rate: commission is paid at the rate published in your affiliate dashboard at the time of referral.
• Attribution: referrals are tracked via your unique link and a 60-day cookie window — last click wins.
• Qualifying revenue: commission accrues on net subscription payments actually received, after refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.
• Self-referrals and referrals to your own paid accounts do not qualify.

We want enthusiastic, honest promotion. You agree to:

• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, as the FTC and similar rules require.
• Describe the Service accurately — our real facts (98.9% accuracy, credits that never expire, 100 free verifications) are yours to use.
• Respect our brand guidelines and use only approved logos and creative.

Commissions are paid monthly, in arrears, once your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard, and after a clearing period that accounts for refunds. Payments are net of any taxes you owe; you are responsible for your own tax reporting. We may withhold payouts tied to suspected fraud pending investigation.

Either party may end this agreement at any time on written notice. On termination you stop using our marks and links; we pay any earned, cleared commissions in the next cycle. Commissions tied to fraud or AUP/ToS violations are forfeited. Questions go to [email protected].
