This Evaluation Agreement governs free trials, proof-of-concept (POC) projects, beta features, and any pre-purchase evaluation of the Service. It lets you test EmailListChecker properly before you commit, with terms that suit a short, low-risk engagement. Where a separate SaaS Agreement exists, that governs your paid use.

During the evaluation you may access the agreed features and a capped volume of verifications for the sole purpose of assessing fit. The evaluation:

• Is for your internal testing only — not production sending at scale unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Runs for the period stated when the evaluation starts (default 14 days for managed POCs).
• May include beta features that are still changing and offered without warranty.

A free trial or POC does not auto-convert into a paid plan without your explicit action. We won't put a card on file silently or bill you when the trial ends. When you decide to continue, you choose a plan and pay deliberately — consistent with our policy of never granting credits or recognizing revenue before a real payment clears.

Any lists you upload during evaluation are processed under the same protections as paid use — our DPA and Security Requirements apply, and evaluation data auto-purges on the same retention clock. We recommend testing with a representative sample rather than your entire production database.

Pre-release features, pricing, and POC results may be confidential; treat non-public information accordingly. We'd love your feedback — you grant us a royalty-free right to use feedback you choose to share to improve the product, with no obligation to compensate you.

Evaluation access is provided “as is,” without SLAs or warranties, and our liability during evaluation is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Either party may end the evaluation at any time. On ending it, your access stops and evaluation data is deleted per the retention policy. Questions go to [email protected].
